Annual General Meeting - October 31st 2019

The following members were elected at the AGM

Chairman

For the Committee

Ron Clements, Dave Purvis  and Heinrich Rautenbach

Management Committee

The Committee is elected by the members at the Annual General Meeting

The Chairperson is elected annually and the remaining Committee Members are elected for 3 year terms.

The holders of the various positions on the Committee are allocated by the Committee.  

If necessary, to fill specialist roles, the committee may co-opt additional members.

Rules and Guidelines are determined by the Committee to facilitate the smooth and safe operation of the club.
